Stephanie Fisher

Stephanie Fisher is a seasoned strategic leader in the tech space, with experience across multiple sectors, including fintech and edtech. 

Stephanie is Chief Operating Officer at Civitech, where she ensures strategic alignment and manages business operations to drive organizational success.

Most recently, Stephanie served as Chief Operating Officer at Mainstay, a company committed to aiding underserved communities in successfully navigating the journey into and through college, leveraging behavioral intelligence to start and measure meaningful conversations at scale.

Previously, Stephanie led U.S. Operations at Xero. Stephanie played an integral role in shaping and expanding Xero’s presence in the United States, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the company.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at Hewlett-Packard, and her accomplishments include assisting in the separation of HP into two separate companies. She spent more than a decade in public, corporate, and non-profit accounting. She also owned a small business for a number of years.

Stephanie is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in business.
